About Me

Introduction and Mission

I’m Sandrina Amanda Davis, and I’m on a mission to touch lives and make a lasting difference. As a Christian non-profit leader, my work is driven by a deep sense of service, compassion, and faith.Currently, I have the privilege of serving as the Chief Executive Officer of a leading community development foundation in Jamaica. With a strong background in nonprofit leadership and administration, I’ve held roles such as Administrator, General Manager, and Country Director in three remarkable organizations, where I’ve spearheaded initiatives that have transformed the lives of countless individuals and communities.

Academically, I hold an MBA from the University of Technology, Jamaica, and certifications in NGO Management, Corporate Governance, and Sustainable Community Development. I’m also a graduate of Bethel Bible College of the Caribbean and the True Worshippers Training Centre in Florida, grounding my work in both professional and spiritual growth.

In addition to my professional role, I’m actively involved in community service, serving as a Justice of the Peace in Jamaica. I’m also a part-time instructor in theological and vocational training institutions. Some of my proudest moments include receiving the 2019 US Embassy Women’s History Month Grant Pitch Competition award and the 2020 Community Hero Award, as well as working as a mentor for the We Transform programme, where I mentor young girls at the South Camp Juvenile Rehabilitation Centre.

I am a recently published author. I co-wrote the book Beyond Survival To Thriving: Empowering Stories & Advice from Women Balancing Faith, Careers, Businesses, and Relationships, which shares powerful narratives of resilience, personal growth, and faith. Through this book, I hope to inspire others to move beyond mere survival and to truly thrive in life.

Coming from humble beginnings, I am a proud twin and mother to one amazing son. I believe that “The process is necessary for the purpose,” a mantra that guides both my personal and professional journey. I am passionate about adding value to others through meaningful discussions, mentorship, collaboration, speaking, and training opportunities.
